What if my phone runs out of battery?

If your phone runs out of battery while a booking is underway then you will not be able to pause or end a trip and you will continue to be billed at the driving rate. We suggest carrying a USB charger with you, particularly for longer rentals as the Twizy comes equipped with a USB port to keep your phone topped up.
