Reporting a damaged vehicle

Before the car is unlocked you will be asked to confirm that there is no damage or report damage to the car that you are wishing to rent. 

If you do notice damage to the car you can click the "Report damage" button. You will then be prompted to select where on the vehicle the damage is located and then the severity of this damage. After this, the app will ask permission to access your camera so you can take a picture of the reported damage. If the damage has already been reported by a previous renter, you will be notified.
